Building, Codes & Inspections

The Codes and Inspections Division oversees actual construction and compliance with the city’s codes including managing building inspections and investigating all complaints regarding compliance with city codes such as trash, derelict vehicles, weeds, etc. The department strives to ensure quality, viable development that encourages a community-minded balance and promotes the values, goals, and welfare of the city.

Adopted Littleton Codes
