Legal Notices Ordinance

The Littleton City Council passed an ordinance to allow the publication of legal notices by any two (2) of the following three (3) methods: 1) Posting on the City’s website; 2) Physical posting at the Littleton Center, Bemis Public Library and the Littleton Municipal Courthouse; or 3) Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the City. Certain legal notices which are required to be published in a newspaper by the city charter or state statute, will continue to be printed in a newspaper.
