Development Application Fees
The Littleton Municipal Code provides for the establishment and collection of of fees for certain services by the Community Development Department. Other city departments may collect fees that are not included on this page. Some of these fees may affect your home, business or project. An applicant is responsible for providing title insurance, document recording fees, and duplicate reproducible mylars to the city after the original is recorded. The applicant is also responsible for all costs related to public hearing notices.

1 Fees are
based on three rounds of review. If a
fourth round of review is needed, the applicant will be charged an additional
fee equal to 50% of the initial review fees. The applicant will be charged an additional fee equal to 25% of the
initial review fees for every review thereafter.
