Conditional approval granted by Planning Commission. Construction has not constructed and applicant advised that a time extension for the conditional use approval must be requested. A request for a six month time extension submitted. The request was reviewed by the DRC on 11/3/11. A time extension was granted by the Planning Commission on 12/12/11.
