Summer — return of weed season

This is the time of year when weeds and grass grow fast and need to be cut or removed on a regular schedule. The Littleton City Code states: "It shall be unlawful for any owner of real property to fail to cut or cause to be cut, all weeds growing thereon or to fail to take reasonable steps to control noxious vegetation in the city. Weed is defined as: weeds, grass, or brush which has grown to maturity or is in excess of eight inches in height."
