Board description
This quasi-judicial body is authorized to grant zoning variances and hear appeals on administrative staff decisions.
Meeting schedule
The Board of Adjustment meets as needed the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber. Zoning variance applications may be picked up from the Community Development Department, 2255 W. Berry Avenue. The Community Development Department must have completed applications in the office at least 15 days prior to the meeting date.
