Girl Abducted by Mother Found

Megan Delphi Richard. The 5 year old girl who has been missing since early June 2010 has been located in Europe. Littleton Police detectives were notified on April 6th that Megan Delphie Richard, age 5, had been located by Interpol in Heidelberg, Germany. Megan was found in the custody of her mother, Robin Sue SILER, DOB 11-13-1967, who is alleged to have unlawfully removed her from the country last June. Finding the girl involved a cooperative process between Littleton Police, the FBI, Interpol, and German authorities.

Megan Richard's father, Bijan Richard, flew to Germany on Friday, April 8th to be reunited with his daughter. Mr. Richard and Megan arrived back in the U.S. over the weekend and are back home now.

SILER is in the custody of German authorities and extradition arrangements are being worked out. Two days after the girl's abduction, Littleton Police filed for an arrest warrant for Robin SILER for the charge of 18-3-304 - Violation of Custody Order or Order Relating to Parental Responsibilities, a Class 4 felony. The Littleton Police Department is grateful for the cooperation of everyone who assisted in locating Megan and is pleased that she has been reunited with her father.
