The Littleton City Council invites the public to a reception to meet new City Manager Michael Penny and his family on Tuesday, October 4 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the community room at the Littleton Center, 2255 West Berry Avenue. Refreshments will be served. A regular meeting of the Littleton City Council will follow at 7 p.m.
