Public Meeting Scheduled for Sterne Park Lake Dredging
 L and M Enterprises has been retained by the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, on behalf of the City of Littleton and South Suburban Parks and Recreation, to dredge Sterne Park Lake at 5800 South Spotswood Street. South Suburban has scheduled a public meeting February 9 at 7 p.m. at the Buck Recreation Center, 2004 West Powers Avenue, to update the neighborhood about this project.
Work is planned to start February 13 and is expected to be completed by mid-April, weather permitting.
Littleton and South Suburban will split the majority of the cost of the project, estimated at $175,000. The Urban Drainage and Flood Control District will contribute $25,000 towards the cost and will be responsible for the project’s management.
