City of Littleton Sex Offender Registry

Disclaimer

The purpose of this section of the web site is to provide the public with information about sex offenders living in the City of Littleton. It will not include sex offenders located in portions of unincorporated Arapahoe County, Jefferson County, or Douglas County which have a Littleton mailing address. For information on areas outside of the corporate limits of the City of Littleton, please check with those jurisdictions (State of Colorado, Arapahoe County, Denver City and County, Douglas County, Jefferson County).

The Littleton Sex Offender Registry includes only those persons living within the corporate limits of the City of Littleton and who have been required by law to register and who are in compliance with the sex offender registration laws. Persons should not rely solely on the sex offender registry as a safeguard against perpetrators of sexual assault in their communities. The crime for which a person is convicted may not accurately reflect the level of risk.

This web site will include sex offenders convicted of State felony charges. It will include sex offenders with two or more misdemeanor convictions; it will not include those with only one misdemeanor conviction or city municipal charges.

Juvenile sex offender information will only be posted if the juvenile has been adjudicated for two or more offenses involving unlawful sexual behavior or a crime of violence as defined in section 18-1.3-406, Colorado Revised Statutes, or was required to register pursuant to section 16-22-103 because he or she was adjudicated for an offense that would have been a felony if committed by an adult and has failed to register as required by section 16-2-108.

A complete list, including persons excluded by state statute from this web listing, is available during normal business hours at the Littleton Police Department administration counter. You must appear in person to pick up a copy; police administration cannot mail or fax copies.

Should you believe that any information contained on this web site is not accurate, please contact the police administration at 303-795-3890.
