Virtual Tours of Littleton Landmarks

Have you been to Town Hall Arts Center lately? How about the new Littleton Historical Museum building, completed in Feburary 2004? Well, now you can check out those places without ever leaving your desk. Mike McKillip, a longtime Littleton resident and business owner, graciously volunteered to create the virtual tours for the city’s web site. McKillip, who owns a photography business in town, uses a special camera lens and tripod to take the photos, then digitally “stitches” them together to create a 360-degree tour.

Keep in mind these points:

  • If pop-up blocking is enabled in your browser, the tour may not run.
  • The entire tour must download before the picture will begin to rotate. Watch the download progression in the lower left corner of the pop-up window.
  • Click in the picture to stop the rotation and zoom in and out. The rotation will not start again.
  • Click on the magnifying glass in the lower left corner to zoom in and out of the picture.
  • Choose high resolution for a better image when zooming. Resizing the pop-up window will not make the picture larger.

The City of Littleton thanks Mike McKillip of Digital Magic Productions for donating his time, expertise and equipment to create these tours.
