This project, funded by Mile High Flood District, is preparing construction plans for stabilization of the banks of Lee Gulch through Carbone Park, from near Elati Street to near Heritage High School. The project is also evaluating replacement or improvements to the pedestrian bridges that are also causing some additional erosion and collect debris in floods.
