Second Arrest in Attempted Murder of Littleton Police Officers
On October 7, 2021, at 5 p.m. the Littleton Police Department (LPD) arrested 33-year-old Blanca Arrieta on an arrest warrant issued through the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. The Investigations Division of the LPD had filed the case against Arrieta after receiving information that she was an active participant in aiding Rigoberto Dominguez, the male arrested for the attempted murder of two LPD Officers David Snook and Corporal Jeff Farmer, on September 20, 2021.
Arrieta was initially detained pending charges of three counts of accessory to the crime of attempted first degree murder and held without bond at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Detention Facility. She was then arraigned and granted a bond of $50,000 which was posted on October 9, 2021. Arrieta is no longer in custody, however, she is required to wear a GPS monitor and comply with pre-trial services prior to her formal court hearing scheduled for later this year. Arrieta attended a formal filing of charges with the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office on October 13, 2021 where she was formally charged with one count of accessory to the crime of attempted first degree murder and one count of accessory to a crime involving a felony class of three, four or five.
