Update: One Person in Custody Following Attempted Car Theft

Buck Elk Thunder was born on May 19, 1997, was jailed on a previous felony warrant for aggravated motor vehicle theft and cited for false reporting of identifying information to law enforcement authorities, obstructing a peace officer, and criminal trespassing.

The Littleton Police Department (LPD) traffic unit, patrol division, and investigations division are completing a thorough investigation into all portions of the event. The LPD is asking anyone with information about this event to call 303-794-1551 and speak to the lead investigator, Detective Adam Alderson.
