LPD Seeking Tips on Unsolved Homicide

On March 18, 2016, Littleton Police Department (LPD) officers responded to 8122 Southpark Lane on a homicide. Jamie Villarreal was found dead of a gunshot wound at that location. Although LPD detectives continue to actively investigate the case, the crime remains unsolved. With the approach of the first anniversary of Mr. Villarreal’s death, the Littleton Police Department is still asking for the public’s help with solving this crime. If anyone has any information that might help with the investigation or solving of this case, please call Detective Brannan at 303-795-3894 or 303-794-1551.

Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or by using the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers mobile app. All tipsters remain anonymous and are eligible for an award of up to $3,000.

Mr. Villareal’s friends will be holding a memorial celebration on Saturday, March 18 at 1 p.m. at 8122 Southpark Lane. The media is invited to attend. No additional information about the case will be released.
