Littleton City Attorney Resigns

At its February 26 meeting, the Littleton City Council accepted the resignation of Steve Kemp as Littleton’s City Attorney.  Kemp will be paid a severance equivalent to six months’ salary per his employment contract.

At its February 12 meeting, the council appointed Ken Fellman from the law firm Kissinger & Fellman, as Interim City Attorney.  Fellman will continue in this capacity until a new city attorney is selected.  The council will review options for recruiting to fill the vacancy at an upcoming study session.
