 2018 Development Review Fees

The City of Littleton is seeing unprecedented quantity of development and building permit applications

The City of Littleton is experiencing an unprecedented number of development and building permit applications, and our limited staff is working harder than ever to keep pace. The number of development applications has increased more than 200 percent over the last five years. This boom may affect your project's review time and your wait time at our permit counter.

We are taking major steps to improve the services we provide, including outsourcing some reviews. We know your time is valuable, and we will continue to work hard to keep pace with application and building permit demand, while making changes behind the scenes for long-term success.

Thank you for your patience during this busy time. For more information, visit one of our quick links below.
