Rapid Residential Permit Review

Due to the pandemic, the Littleton Center structure is closed to the public. The Building Division is continuing modified operations. While permits are continuing to be issued and inspections are continuing to be performed, delays may be experienced. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Submission of permit applications and associated documents through electronic means is STRONGLY encouraged, as is grouping of inspections as much as possible to reduce the number of visits by and interactions with inspectors.

Should you have questions related to electronic permit application submission, please contact Hope Jones at 303-795-3751. For questions related to grouping and scheduling of inspections, please contact Steve Jones at 303-795-3739.  Every effort is being made to maintain previous service levels and your cooperation is valuable in assisting us in providing services. Thank you.

There will be no Rapid Residential Review until May.

The Rapid Residential Permit Review window at the Littleton Permit Center can process single-family residential permits for projects such as decks, sheds, detached garages, or almost any type of remodel that is less than 300 square feet. There may be occasions when Rapid Review is not possible due to certain circumstances.

The service window is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Thursday at the Littleton Center, 2255 W. Berry Avenue.

Review the following building guides and download the checklist for your project to be ready for the permit review process.  For questions or more information about residential permits, call 303-795-3751.

Two copies of plans are required for all submittals.
