The Littleton Center reopened on May 18 with a phased approach that includes very limited public access. Most Building and Development staff continue to operate remotely and will maintain as many business operations as possible. Staff is not currently available to walk-ins. There will be no Rapid Residential Review until further notice.

Staff may be reached by phone or email and virtual meetings may be pre-arranged via email with the individual staff member. General planning and zoning questions for the Planner on Call may be emailed to DRT@littletongov.org. If a virtual appointment is not possible, please review these guidelines and call 720-306-1606.

Welcome to the Development Activity List (DAL), a map-based tool which provides up-to-date, detailed, searchable information on development activities in the city.

Data is updated directly from the city’s building and permitting system. Features include side tabs to easily view recent submittals and pre-application meetings (held before an application is submitted), a search field to filter projects, and a simplified mobile version for visitors using smart phones and tablets.

For more information about development projects or for assistance locating information, and for other building and development questions, call 303-795-3748. Questions may also be emailed to DRT@littletongov.org.

Archived records may be requested by using the Open Records Request Form. The completed form must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office.

Where did the "Mobile-friendly" version go?
The city's GIS maps and other GIS content have been updated to respond and adapt to the device viewing it, so there is no need for two versions of the DAL anymore. Click on the link above to view the new, "responsive" DAL, no matter what device you are using to view.
