The Littleton City Code provides for the establishment and collection of fees for certain services by the Community Development Department. Other city departments may collect fees that are not included on this page. Some of these fees may affect your home, business or project. For more information, call or visit the Community Development Department, 303-795-3748, 2255 West Berry Avenue in Littleton.

An applicant is responsible for providing title insurance and document recording fees. The applicant is also responsible for some costs related to public hearing notices and neighborhood meeting postcards. Please review the Littleton development process and official application packets for more detailed information.

Once a project has been approved, payments should be made electronically through Littleton eTRAKiT Portal using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (eCheck is coming soon). An email notification with instructions will be sent to the applicant when the project or zoning letter request is ready for payment.
