The Littleton City Code provides for the establishment and collection of of fees for certain services by the Community Development Department. Other city departments may collect fees that are not included on this page. Some of these fees may affect your home, business or project. An applicant is responsible for providing title insurance, document recording fees, and duplicate reproducible mylars to the city after the original is recorded. The applicant is also responsible for all costs related to public hearing notices. Please review the Littleton development process and official application packets for more detailed information.

Development Fees must be paid by cash or check only -- credit cards can not be processed. Checks should accompany the application submittal and should be made out to The City of Littleton.

**New development review fees go into effect January 1, 2018. Upon review and approval by the city council, the city’s development review fees have been adjusted to accommodate the increased development activity. These new fees are comparable to other Denver Metro Area jurisdictions.

1 Fees are based on three rounds of review.  If a fourth round of review is needed, the applicant will be charged an additional fee equal to 50% of the initial review fees.  The applicant will be charged an additional fee equal to 25% of the initial review fees for every review thereafter.
