Any public gathering of more than 100 people shall be deemed a "Special Event" (excluding churches and weddings). Bonfires and after-prom events are also considered Special Events. All Special Events are required to submit a city event application at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. If alcohol will be sold and/or consumed at the event, a separate Special Event Liquor Permit must be submitted at least 45 days before the event.
