|| June 2020
|EST. END DATE
||Late July 2020
The Public Works Department has contracted with Insituform Technologies to perform critical rehabilitation of the 54-inch sewer interceptor line at Belleview Avenue (location map). A bypass pipeline will begin setup the week of June 22, and will utilize a section of the Mary Carter Greenway trail corridor. The trail will remain open. The bypass pipeline allows for dewatering of the sewer interceptor so that the rehabilitation can occur. The inside of the sewer pipe is being lined with a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner.
The southbound lanes of the Santa Fe frontage road, south of Belleview Avenue to near Prince St, will be temporarily closed, with local business access only. Northbound lanes will remain open. There will be temporary disruptions to traffic in Belleview Avenue with isolated lane closures and detours. The project is expected to last through the third week of July. Contact the engineering division at 303-795-3863 for questions about this project.
