The City of Littleton is taking the appropriate measures to ensure the health and well-being of its employees and citizens. To that end, the Littleton Municipal Court is closed to the public effective Monday, March 16, 2020 until further notice. Cases will still be handled in a fair, just and impartial manner during this time with the same high standards of accountability, integrity and equity. The court will remain in communication with the community. Please continue to check back on the city’s website for updated information regarding the status of the court’s closure and handling of cases.

Even though the court will be closed to the public, there will be staff available to take your phone calls for questions, to resolve your case or have it continued.

Traffic and Parking Cases:
If you have a pending traffic or parking ticket, you may call the court clerk at the above number during the days and times listed to have your case resolved or continued. If it is a payable citation, payments can still be made at

All Other Out-Of-Custody Cases:
If your case is not a traffic or parking ticket, please call the court clerk at the above number during the days and times listed to have your case continued to another date when the court is reopened to the public. If you are on a surety bond, please contact your bondsman to have consent of surety faxed to 303-795-3841 on the same day you call to reset your case.

In-Custody Cases:
In-custody cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of hearing all of them by telephone or electronically.

Victims of Domestic Violence Cases:
If you are a victim of domestic violence, please call 303-419-8315 or 303-795-3703 with questions or concerns.

Public Defender Representation:
If you are represented by the Public Defender’s Office and need to speak to them regarding your case, please call 720- 338-3943.

If you are on probation, scheduled appointments will be conducted by telephone at your scheduled time. If you have any questions, please call 303-795-3874 to speak with your probation officer.

Motions, Filings, Court Requests, Proof of Class or Community Service Hours:
If you have a motion, filing, court request, proof of completion of a class or community service hours, you may fax it to the court at 303-795-3841, mail it to Littleton Municipal Court, 2069 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120, or email

Payments Due:
Payments can still be made:

  1. Online at if your ticket shows a point reduction and payment amount;
  2. Over the phone by calling 303-339-0764;
  3. By U.S. mail. Phone and online payments are preferred; or
  4. Drop box outside the main entrance of the Municipal Court.

Active Warrant:
If you have an active warrant that you are trying to address, please call the court clerk, who will be able to discuss options for your case.
