The Transportation Advisory Board (TMB), added in 2019, focuses on aiding staff and council to define the role and future of transportation mobility in Littleton and the region. The board targets understanding, reviewing, and providing feedback on such topics as the citywide road system, how transit operates in the city, how the city’s bicycle and pedestrian system function, and traffic management. The timing for the creation of the TMB is crucial to the forthcoming development of the city’s first Transportation Master Plan.
The board has seven regular members and two alternates over staggered terms. It meets every month to review staff-presented projects and programs, provide a forum for public discussion on mobility issues, and understand how Littleton can succeed in developing the transportation future for citizens and businesses.
