Bill Hopping was appointed to city council in April 2015 to fill the District I vacancy. In November 2015 he was elected complete the four-year term on city council.
is a long-time Littleton resident who served 10 years on the Historical Preservation Board, three as chair. He has also served on the board of the Historic Downtown Littleton Merchants and the Bow Mar South homeowners association.
He is a business owner who has had offices on Main Street for more than 15 years. W.R. Hopping & Company provides appraisal and consulting services to hospitality-based businesses.
Bill is a graduate of Littleton High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from Cornell University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Denver.
