Citizens who are unable to attend a council meeting and wish to comment on a specific agenda item may submit their comments electronically using the form below.

Comments submitted before 4 p.m. on the day of a city council meeting will be distributed to the city council and the appropriate staff prior to the meeting that evening. Comments will be posted to the city's website the following day.

Comments submitted on this form become part of the public record and subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act, (CORA) C.R.S. § 24-72-201 to 206.

Do not include any information in your comments that you do not wish to be made public, including name and contact information. All fields are required.
