Step 1 - Time Frame: October-December, 2017

  • Community and neighborhoods public outreach meeting - dialogue about the Belleview Corridor (to help shape the vision and direction for the project)
  • Open Littleton outreach
  • Commercial property owners and businesses input
  • Other stakeholder and technical data gathering - CDOT, South Suburban Parks and Rec, South Platte
  • Working Group, Denver Regional Council of Governments, City of Englewood, Littleton traffic/engineering, economic data, land/zoning data, mapping, etc.

Step 2 - Time Frame: January-February, 2018

  • Info from Step 1 to draft vision statements for plan
  • Info from Step 1 to create draft plan framework/elements
  • Study sessions with Planning Commission and City Council
  • Community and neighborhood public outreach meeting - input on the draft vision statements and draft plan framework/elements
  • Open Littleton - draft vision statements/draft plan framework/elements outreach

Step 3 - Time Frame: March-April, 2018

  • Info from Step 2 to finalize vision statements for plan
  • Info from Step 2 to finalize draft Belleview Corridor Plan
  • Study sessions with Planning Commission and City Council
  • Community and neighborhood public outreach meeting
  • Open Littleton - finalize draft Belleview Corridor Plan outreach

Step 4 - Time Frame: April-May, 2018

  • Public meetings before Planning Commission and City Council to consider adoption of the Belleview Corridor Plan

Step 5 - Time Frame: May, 2018 and looking out 10/15 years

  • Adopted plan used to guide future of the Belleview Corridor area
